Our “Sana” presents a real challenge when you taste it. It’s not yogurt; it’s not buttermilk, nor anything else. It’s a sweet and sour, easy-drinking, tangy milk liqueur where you know when to start but don’t know when to stop. And you don’t feel the need to wipe your mouth with a handkerchief after drinking it, lest you feel you’ve wasted a drop.
